- A definite recommendation from us would be to buy locally sourced food where you can. If you have a local market or fishmongers near you, choose them over a supermarket, at least for your fruit, veg and fish.
- When using rice we tend to use basmati as it has a lovely texture and sits better with the meals we cook. (Wash and fill he pot with cold water to cook not warm).
